PERSONALITY
Disdain: seeing someone she loves in pain, aurors, rules, school
Strengths: transfiguration, divination, DADA
Weaknesses: roses, potions, herbology
Worst Fear: For her visions/dreams to hurt someone she loves a second time
Life long dream?: To be a Reaper
Overall: Carter is the type of girl that doesn't take no for an answer, and doesn't put up with bull. Serenity and Carter are close, and she loves that, because her mom isn't exactly the best rolemodel, so she loves having an older female figure to look up to. Carter is very brave, and has a good head on her shoulders, but she is sneaky, cunning and devious as well. She has a large interest in the work of reapers, and always has, ever since she was a 1st year at Providence Academy.
Carter is very independent, and can sometimes be too outspoken for her own good, but she always has Serenity to help her keep her mouth shut when needed. She loves being around her cousin, and the two hardly ever fight, because they are so close. Carter loves to sing, especially when she's doing it with Serenity. She puts all her bottled up emotions into the words she sings, or the tunes she plays, and it's helpful. Her first vision about her father had shaken her up, and she is still shaken up now. Everytime she has a vision-like dream, Carter gets scared, by instinct, since the first she had had been horrible, and had changed her life. [/ul]

HISTORY
Parents: Sarah and Michael Mitchell
Siblings: None
Other: Serenity, Zach, Ben, Daniel and Mike Morgan (cousins) Elizabeth and Henry Morgan (aunt, uncle)
History: Carter Sarah Mitchell was born in Boston, New York, on a cold July night, during a storm. Her mother instantly fell in love with her daughter, letting the doctors take her away to be cleaned only after a hesitation. She was very protective over her baby girl, from the second she was born. Carter didn't even cry when she was born, and that was a relief to her father, who had thought that she would be screaming. But no, she was born silent, and not screaming.
Carter was pretty much a daddy's little girl, from the time she was born, so she never thought that he could be anything other than perfect. One night, when she was about five years old, she had a short flicker of a vision while she was sleeping, that her father had killed himself. When she woke up, she found her mother crying in her father's den. Her father had killed himself that night. Carter blamed herself, naturally, because she thought that she was supposed to warn him, and now God was punishing her by taking her dad away.
Her mother became deeply depressed, and began taking pill after weird pill to help ease the depression. Carter soon taught herself how to play piano, and that soon became her outlet for her own depression. As well as singing, which she also taught herself. Her mother soon saw that she wasn't fit for a mother to Carter, and sent her away to live with her sister, Elizabeth Morgan, and her family. Carter had more dreams like the one she'd had the night her father died, but not all of them came true, and she only saw them through dreams, and nightmares. Now Carter attends Providence Academy as a second year, along with her cousins, Serenity, Zach, Ben and Daniel Morgan.

RP Sample: Carter yawned and lifted her head off her pillow, glancing at the cracked picture of her deceased father, that was resting on her wooden shelf by her bed. She smiled a little and sighed silently, wishing he was with her right then. She missed her dad, alot, and wished that she could have prevented him dying when she was five. Carter hated thinking back to that night, so she decided to think about something else.
Carter groaned as she heard her cousin Daniel knock on her bedroom door, letting her know it was time to go. She groaned louder in protest, knowing it wouldn't do her any good, but willing to give it a shot. She shuffled out of her bed and over to her hamper, where she pulled out the freshly washed clothes she had thrown in there the night before, and pulled on a black shirt over her head. Carter pulled on some jeans, then put on her pink converse and slipped her jacket onto her arms.
She hiked her book bag up onto her shoulder, then skipped out of her room and down to the kitchen, where she scooped up a piece of toast from a hot plate and stuffed it in her mouth. Carter grinned at her uncle Henry, toast still in mouth, who was looking at her like she was the dorkiest kid in the universe, then she skipped out into the backseat of his black Pathfinder. She giggled as her cousin, Serenity, slid into the back seat next to her, and the rest of the Morgans piled into the car to head off for the first day of school at Providence Academy.[/ul]
